Sparkling wine was created sweet and only started to appear in drier versions from the 1950s onwards. Nowadays, production processes are designed for zero sugar, which is why it is very difficult to make sweet sparkling wines using traditional techniques.

We make our base wines from specially selected pinot blanc and chardonnay varieties. The minimum ageing period is 24 months before disgorgement and sweetening. We strive to maintain the ideal acidity of the sparkling wine with a 5% sugar content, supported by a high carbonic acid content. The finished sparkling wine has a pleasant fruity taste and delicate creamy biscuit notes.

We recommend it to conversations, with fruit and blue cheese, chilled at 7-8°C.
