As they say, ?the buyer is king!? Sparkling wine makers know that many sparkling fans favourize the sweet variety of this noble drink. Thus, to make the most of it and to preserve at least part of the classical bouquet, the sweet basic wine is selected so that it fit the requirements.In this case a blend is made of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Irsai Oliver that change their character the least when in contact with the high sugar content. With the aid of the individual expedition liqueur wine the sugar content of the sparkling wine is fixed at 50 g/L that hardly can be felt in the mouth due to vivid and fine acid content. An excellent sparkler for fruit-containing desserts; recommended to drink at 7-8 °C.
