Sínai Cabernet Sauvignon

3 990 Ft

The wine excels by its distinct notes of dried-plum, tobacco leaves and some dark chocolate.

It is recommended to taste this wine with roast meats, steaks and wild games, chilled to 16-18 Celsius.

Our premium Cabernet Sauvignon is grown a the top of Sinai Hill, the highest point of the South Balaton wine district.
This vine plantation is cultivated under limited yield control since 1997, always considering quality the first. After the harvest is finished the wine is stored partly in first and second-fill barriques, partly in 500 liter oak casks, for 18-22 months. A round and full-bodied wine, rich in extract and tannin content.

It has a certain character of dried plum and tobacco leaves underlined by dark chocolate notes.

Consumption is preferred chilled to 16-18 °C, especially good with roast and grilled meats and game.
