CHARACTERISTICS

As is known, the sparkling was born sweet. It is only from the 1950’s that it started to appear in drier versions. Sweet sparkling still today is a well-seeked type of sparkling consumers.
Sentimental Sweet is produced by outdoing all difficulties of traditional technology, harmonizing sweetness and fruityness.
Selected Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay varietals are used to make this base wine.
