Description

CHARACTERISTICS

We harvest our Cabernet from single vinyards Kokashegy, Lelle and Pupos. It is a late harvest type, so the harvest takes place mostly in the second half of October, when the variety is in its full ripeness. This is followed by fermentation and maturation in special red wine tanks, then age it in barriques of first and secondary filling and in casks of 500 litres, for 15-20 months long. The ready-made wine is medium-bodied, has mild tannins, with intensive aromas and lengthy aftertaste, with a relatively high extract content.
